Sterilization Monitor System

Sterilization Monitor System This product was designed to cater to large, identical sterilization and aeration machines to gather data at one location and monitor it using a browser as a front end. The web application runs on JBoss Application Server using Seam Framework, ICEfaces and AJAX to show the process of sterilization on a browser. The back end database is built on top of Oracle as a back end database. The system gathers data using OPC Server and updates the browser using AJAX calls. Additional features include alarm notifications, automated printing, generation of analysis reports and the integration of StARS application with their ERP system Factory Works. The installation module uses install4J.

ICAR - Indian Council of Agricultural Research

This product was designed for an Indian agricultural research project. The application gathers data on location and consolidates reports for management and research analysis. The web application runs on a JBoss Application Server using Seam Framework, ICEfaces and uses Microsoft SQL Server as a back end database.

KSIC - Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation

This prototype was designed to meet silk industry manufacturing requirements, to automate production details and to integrate with the accounting software package Tally. The application was designed to gather production data on the silk weavers at the various manufacturing divisions and perform salary account processing. The main challenge was to integrate the accounting data with the popular account software Tally. This module also generates various reports for the management and accounts department. The application also manages the work schedule of the employees. The web application runs under JBoss Application Server using Seam Framework, ICEFaces with a MySQL back end database.

Plastic Product Manufacturing Control and Monitoring System

Plastic Product Manufacturing Control and Monitoring System Using WonderWare InTouch 10.0 we developed a Human Machine Interface application to monitor and control the manufacturing of plastic products. Using data gathered from several PLCs the program is able to monitor and control the whole process, including the pick and place arms, the strippers, the filler and the sterilization equipment. The software consists of nearly 200 screens and monitors data such as temperatures and pressures to assure them they're within control. Other screens show trending graphs, alarm notifications, recipe management and SPC charts.
